Returns or Exchanges for U.S. Orders: Returns and exchanges are available for all U.S. orders within 14 days of when the product was delivered. If purchased through another retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

For us to complete the return or exchange, the returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received (new condition) which means unaltered, undamaged and free of any dog hair, dirt, stains, snags or tears.  If it is not clean, we will charge a $5 cleaning fee per item. To avoid the cleaning fee, please turn it inside out (keep all Velcro closed) and wash it by itself (care instructions on label). If the product is altered, damaged, stained or cannot be cleaned then it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
