RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns or Exchanges for U.S. Orders: Returns and exchanges are available for all U.S. orders within 7 days of when the product was delivered. If purchased through another retailer, please contact that retailer directly.

There is a $2.00 restocking fee for each returned product. 

For us to complete the return or exchange, the returned product must be in the same condition as when it was received (new condition) which means unaltered, undamaged and free of any dog hair, dirt, stains, snags or tears.  If it is not clean, we will charge a $5 cleaning fee per item. To avoid the cleaning fee, please turn it inside out (keep all Velcro closed) and wash it by itself (care instructions on label). If the product is altered, damaged, stained, snagged or cannot be cleaned then it will not be eligible for a return or exchange.

How to Return/Exchange:

1. Find your order number

Your order number is in the confirmation email.

2. Let us know why you are returning or exchanging your purchase

To process your return or exchange, please contact us at service@caninecomfy.com.  Let us know your reasoning for the return or exchange and feel free to ask for help.  We will confirm your return or exchange by email.

3. Ship your item back

4. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing returns or exchanges.


EXCHANGES

For exchanges, you will receive an email notification with tracking information once the new item ships out. Please note that we only allow one exchange per order. If the new item doesn’t fit, you are welcome to return it for a full refund, but we cannot ship a third item.


RETURNS

For returns, you will be notified of your refund (less shipping) via email and it will post to your account within 2-3 business days.
